1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Business Model

NOVIRI operates on a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) shipping model. Orders are processed and shipped directly from our international distribution centers and global partners. This ensures that we provide the latest innovations with the highest quality and the most competitive costs.

Order Processing Time

Quality control, auditing, and preparation for shipment typically take 2 to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • GCC Countries (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 7 to 12 business days
  • Other Arab Countries: 10 to 15 business days
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7 to 14 business days
  • Asia & Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a Live Tracking Number will be automatically sent to your registered email. We utilize advanced tracking systems to allow you to monitor your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments are subject to the import laws and customs regulations of the destination country. Any local duties or taxes imposed by the relevant authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer (the final recipient).

2. Refund & Return Policy

NOVIRI is committed to protecting our customers' rights globally in accordance with international consumer protection standards.

Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, compliant with UAE Consumer Protection laws and EU E-commerce directives.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition
  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included

Refund Procedures

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout (Stripe, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). Processing takes 7 to 14 business days from the date the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Significantly different from the description on the website
