NOVIRI operates under a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model. Orders are prepared and shipped directly from international fulfillment centers operated by our global partners and suppliers, ensuring access to the latest innovations with high quality and competitive pricing.

Order Processing Time

Order verification, quality control, and preparation for shipment typically take 2 to 4 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time by Destination

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 7 to 12 business days.

Other Arab Countries: 10 to 15 business days.

Europe (United Kingdom, Germany, France, and others): 7 to 14 business days.

Asia and Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures or logistics conditions beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

Once the order is shipped, a Live Tracking Number will be automatically sent to the customer's registered email address. We use advanced tracking systems that allow customers to monitor their shipment until it reaches their doorstep.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments are subject to the import regulations and customs policies of the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or local fees imposed by authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer (final recipient).
